DO YOU DELIVER WORLDWIDE?

Good news! We now ship to the United States, Canada and certain countries in Europe. Please choose international shipping at checkout for shipping available shipping options. Please note, we are not responsible for any customs fee's incurred during the delivery of your order. All customs fee's are to be paid by the customer. 





CAN I CANCEL OR ADJUST MY ORDER?

We apologise, once your order has been placed, we are unable to change the items selected or cancel it. Please be sure to check your order is correct before placing it. As we cannot cancel orders, you will need to receive the delivery before it can be returned to us.




CAN I EXCHANGE ITEMS?

We do exchange items but only if they are defective or damaged.  We will only exchange for the same item. If the correct item isn’t in stock, then we will substitute for a similar item of the same price, or we will issue a voucher or refund, whichever is preferred.


Exchanges are only sent out when the original product is returned to us in the original packaging, unused or damaged by the customer. In the unlikely event that your return doesn’t reach us, please keep proof of postage so that we can continue to process your exchange. Exchanges that are not physically received by us will not be processed without proof of postage.


Customers are responsible for paying the shipping cost of an exchange item unless it is unfit for purpose, not as described or of unsatisfactory quality in which case, the cost of shipping will also be refunded to you.

CAN I RETURN ITEMS?

We do accept the return of items as your satisfaction is extremely important to us. To be eligible for return, your items must be unused, in the original packaging and in same condition they were received.


Please keep proof of postage in case your return becomes lost in the mail. Returned items that are not physically received by us will not be processed without proof of postage. Please keep proof of postage so that we can issue your refund.


Customers are responsible for paying the shipping cost of returned items unless it is unfit for purpose, not as described or of unsatisfactory quality in which case, the cost of shipping will also be refunded to you. 



Please note: Your right to return does not apply to products which are not suitable for return due to misuse, health or hygiene reasons if they become unsealed after delivery.

REFUNDS?

Once your item is returned and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.


If approved, your refund will be processed and automatically applied to your credit card or original method of payment. Please allow time for your bank to process this.


Refunds can only be returned to the original debit or credit card used at the time of purchase. We will refund purchases within 14 days from the date we receive your return.




RETURN SHIPPING COSTS?

You will be responsible for paying your the shipping costs when returning your item. If you are eligible to receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
